We have extensive experience is asset and maintenance strategy and planning, also including the supporting functions of work identification and control, CMMS configuration and optimisation, planning, scheduling, critical spares, MARC, Maintenance KPI’s and reporting, budgeting and maintenance interfaces with production and warehousing.

Other services include the application of Lean Principles to both traditional manufacturing environments, administration and MRO environments, and Six Sigma to process environments. We provide business coaching and mentoring, especially to tradespeople who find themselves in middle management and upwards positions.
